Installation of Frontier Pitts PAS 68 HVM Terra Sliding Cantilevered Gate, Terra Blockers and a Compact Terra Barrier at a Bonded Vault Storage unit.

The outer perimeter including the installation of a PAS 68 and CEN 16221 impact tested Terra Sliding Cantilevered Gate, which has been successfully impact tested with a 7.5t vehicle travelling at 50mph (80kph). On impact, the gate stopped the vehicle within the aperture with no penetration into site.

A Terra Blocker provides additional HVM protection to the buildings rollershutter doors entrance. The blocker has been successfully impact tested to the BSi PAS68 specification, stopping a 7.5t vehicle travelling at 30mph (48kph) which equates to 667kJ. The PAS 68 Terra Blocker test also resulted in the vehicle being stopped within the aperture.

On the front of the site, the Compact Terra Barrier controls access to the small car park. The Compact Terra Barrier is a drop arm HVM Barrier that looks like a standard car park barrier and has been successfully impact tested to the BSi PAS 68 specification. Hydraulically driven for reliability strength, the Compact Terra Barrier successfully stopped a 3.5t N1 vehicle travelling at 30mph (48kph) which equates to 311kJ. On impact, the barrier stopped the vehicle within the aperture.
